水稻籼粳交F1、F2代及杂交育成品种分类的研究

Studies on Classification of F1、F2 and Varieties Breed Through Hybridization between Indica and Japonica Rice

摘要:

利用程氏形态指数分类法对水稻籼粳交F₁、F₂代及籼粳杂交育成品种进行分类。研究结果表明:程氏形态指数分类法能较好地对籼粳亚种及其杂交后代进行分类:籼粳交F₁代大多数分类性状均偏向于籼稻特性,类型上划分为偏籼型;F₂代呈正态分布,4种类型均有,以中间类型为最多,F₂代类型丰富;在参试杂交育成品种中,尽管各个品种(系)都或多或少地带有籼稻和粳稻的血缘,但就程氏指数6个亚种特性而言,除穗节长外,其它5个性状仍然基本保持典型粳稻特性,在分类地位上仍然属于粳稻。

Abstract:

In this study,the F₁、F₂ and their parents of crossing combination between different type rice varieties and varieties breed through hybridization between indica and japonica were classified using Cheng’s morphology index method,the results were: Indica,japonica,intermediate rice and varieties breed through hybridization between indica and japonica could be well classified by Cheng’s morphology index method;The classific research to F₁ of crossing combinations between different types indicated that F₁ from indica-japonica reciprocal cross combinations were indicaclinous;The classific research to the segregation generation-F₂ of different cross combination indicated that Cheng’s index distrbution in F₂ of different hybrid combination showed a consistent variation.The segregation of Indica_japonica combinations were normal distributions,with most of the hybrids were intermediate types;The classific results of varieties breed through hybridization between indica and japonica indicated that these varieties were still japonica with a few japonicaclinous from view of classific position.For these six characters,GC、LP、GP、L/W PhR of these varieties were still japonica characters,except that LOR was normal distribued and well recombined with two parents characters.[heading time （GC）,glume pubescence（GP）,leaf pubescence（LP）,length of the lst ＆ the 2nd rachis（LOR）,length/width ratio of spikelets （L/W）,phenol reaction（PhR）],the varieties breed belonged to japonica.
