摘要:

通过优质稻米品种系谱分析及主要推广品种的品质聚类分析结果表明:①吉林省优质稻米品种的遗传基因主要来源于日本的下北和藤坂5号后代衍生系统。②80年代以来,在育成推广品种的品质亲缘关系中品质的遗传基因来源于三大群,即下北、藤坂5号和吉粳60后代的衍生系统。③通过对日本优质品种和吉林省主要推广品种7项主要品质指标的对比分析,日本的优质品种越光与吉林省品种品质血缘距离较远。因此,要改变目前稻米品质垩白米率高和外观差的缺点应扩大品质的遗传背景,导入新的优质米基因。

Abstract:

This paper analysised high quality rice used in Jilin, the following results were obtained:① Only the commercial quality, content of amylose and paratability of good quality rice be further improved, can increasing the competitive ability in home or abroad rice markets.② The producing and cultivating technique of high quality rice should be standardized in Jilin.③ The classification of high quality rice variety should not only be based on the characters, but also on the changing of poor quality.
