益生菌是一种通过改善肠道菌群平衡而对动物施加有利影响的活的微生物。探讨了益生菌的起源、组成菌株及其在畜牧业上的应用, 同时指出在益生菌的开发、研制和应用中存在的一些问题。

Abstract:

The term “probiotics” has been used to indicate“live”microorganisms which beneficially affects the host animal by improving its intestinal microbial balance.The origin and composition of probiotics as well as its application on animal husbandry were summarized in this paper.Several problems concerning development and application of probiotics were pointed out at here.
