外源性环核苷酸对AA肉鸡脂肪和蛋白质代谢的影响

Effects of Exogenous Cycle Nucleotides on Fat and Protein Metabolic of AA Broiler Chickens

摘要:

选用初生健康AA肉鸡240只, 随机分为2组, 每组120只, 每组内设3个重复: I组为试验组, 每隔4d皮下注射标准环核苷酸组合剂, 剂量为每只鸡01mL; Ⅱ组为对照组, 注射等量的生理盐水, 共计49d。研究结果表明, 试验组鸡肝脏组织中总RNA、mRNA分别比对照组提高29.84%和26.03%。经单因子方差分析, 组间均存在着显著差异(P＜001), 血浆中cAMP和cGMP的浓度显著高于对照组(P＜001);血清中生长激素浓度升高37.70%, 球蛋白浓度提高了34.09%, 甘油三酯浓度显著高于对照组(P＜001), 尤其GOT、GPT等酶活性均有显著提高(P＜001)。

Abstract:

Two hundred and forty AA broiler chickens were divided randomly into two equal groups: experimental group and controlled group.The chickens in group I were injected subcutaneously with 0.1mL of exogenous cycle nuleotides every 4 days and those in group ii with physiological saline as controlling element during the 49 days of experimental period.The results showed that total RNA, mRNA of leaver in the experimental group increased by 29.84% and 26.03% respectively as compared with the controlled group.The cobcebtrations of GH and globulin in the serum increased by 37.7% and 34.09%.The concentration of triglyceride increased than the controlled group, especially the active of GOT, GPT enzyme etc striking increased than the controlled group.
