摘要:

本研究对肺炎康复犊牛和健康犊牛的血液样品中酸碱平衡参数进行了测定。统计分析结果表明,康复犊牛与健康犊牛间的pH、P_co2、HCO₃^- act· 及HCO₃^-/P_co2 差异极显著,(P < 0.01),而P_o2、HCO₃^- st· 及BE 差异不显著。

Abstract:

The blood sample of healthy and convalescents calves were analyzed the ABL-2analses instrument.They included pH、P_o2、P_co2 HCO₃^- act·、HCO₃^- st·、BE· Using T-test for the rate of these determinations The two groups had obviously difference in pH、P_co2、HCO₃^- act· and HCO₃^-/P_co2（P＜0 01）.But _Po2、HCO₃^- st· and BE had no difference in two groups.
