    复合生物肥是我们近年来在根瘤菌肥研究基础上开发研制的又一新型接种剂,该肥富含多种有益微生物,菌种是经过严格筛选,以固氮菌为主,并具有解磷、解钾功能。同时对优化组合的菌种进行其生理生化特性鉴定,确定它们的有效性指标为:硅酸盐细菌在含钾长石粉的无氮培养基上接种培养10 d,可使水溶性钾含量增加131.51%;磷细菌在含有卵磷脂的琼脂平板上,能观察到明显的溶磷圈;固氮菌的固氮酶活性为2.05 μmolC2H4/(株·h)。并对菌种的发酵条件进行了探索,摸索出混合发酵液配方。对菌肥的耐贮性、安全无毒性进行了有效测定。

    Abstract:

    Recently, we have developed a compound bio-fertilizer, a new type of inoculants, based on research of Rhizobia fertilizer. It contains many kinds of beneficial microorganisms, whose strains are screened rigorously. Except Psendomons and Silicate bacteria, Azotobacter is the chief among these strains. At the same time, the optimum and composite strains are identified in physiological and biochemical characters, and established their effective targets. As the result, about Silicate bacteria, soluble potassium increases 131.51% in 10 days on the no nitrogen culture medium which contains feldspar powder; about Psendomons, Zone of soluble phosphvous can be observed obviously on the agar flate which contains cecithin; and nitrogenase activity of Azotobacter is 2.05 μmol C2H4/strain·h. We explore the fermented conditions of strains and find the formula for mix fermented broth, also do effective determination in safety, poison lessness and store tolerance of bacteria fertilizer.
