目前, 外源基因导入植物细胞的方法有多种, 常用的有农杆菌法和基因枪法。本文对农杆菌转化禾谷类作物的基本原理及最新动态作了简明扼要的概述, 同时对基因枪类型、原理及使用方面也作了简要的介绍。

At present, agrobacterium and biolistics are often used amony various transformation methods for foreign genes into plant cells.In this paper, the basic principle and the lastest development of agrobacterium transformation for graminaceous crops were narrated concisely. In the meantimetypesprinciple and application of particle gun was introduced briefly.
