荷包牡丹花粉电镜扫描观察

Observation of Pollen of Dicentra Spectabilis Lem under SEM

摘要:

对观赏植物荷包牡丹的花粉形态进行扫描电镜观察,结果表明:花粉粒为宽椭圆形,具3个萌发沟,极面观三裂圆形,赤道面观宽椭圆形至卵圆形,外壁具粗网状纹饰。

Abstract:

The pollen of ornamental plant-Dicentra spectabilis Lem.observed Under SEM.The results show: the pollen is wideelliptic and 3-colporate; the polar view is 3-cobedcircular, the equatorial view is from wideelliptic to ovate.The exine of the pollen is coalsely reticulate.
