    摘要:

    通过对越冬病残株及菌核进行分离,埋管分离监测田间菌丝活动,挂牌调查地膜稻及水田各栽培方式的病害流行,结合历年气象资料进行分析,确定在吉林省,水稻纹枯病的初侵染源主要是越冬浮游菌核,其次是病残株,病草;在旱地主要是菌核与病残株.旬平均气温达18℃以上,相对湿度达70%以上,即可形成初侵染并发病。此期亦利于水平扩展,重复侵染主要是菌丝,也有当年形成的菌核.旬平均气温在21℃以上,相对湿度达80%以上,利于垂直扩展,重复侵染靠菌丝。菌核没有明显的休眠期,它既可以越冬,又可以作为当年重复侵染源。

    Abstract:

    Based on isolating infected plant which lived through winter and sclerotium,isolating and inspecting activity of hypha in field by burying test tube,investigating disease epiphytotics on different cultivate manners both in paddy-field and dry field covered with plastic film by hanging tag,analyzed datum and compared every year’s atmospheric datum,we got conclution that in Jilin the first aggressive sourees mainly were floating sclerotium,then infected plants and herbs, but in dry field mainly were sclerotium and infected plants.If ten days’average temperature was higher that 18℃ and RH was higher than 70%, first aggreession will happen and lesion will be found.This stage was also suitable for horizental development,the repeat aggressive courses mainly were hypha,then sclerotium which were formed in same year.If ten days’ average temperature was higher than 21℃ and RH was higher than 80%,it was suitable for vertical development, repeat aggressive sources were hypha. Sclerotium have no dormant time. They can live through the winter and also can become repeat aggressive courca.
