Discussion on the Division of High Quality Rice in Jilin Province

摘要:

利用4个优质米品种，在6个试验地点对蛋白质含量、胶稠度和直链淀粉含量等品质进行分析，提出优质米的主要分布区域。根据土壤酸碱度、降雨量、温度和日照等影响米质的气候环境因素，对我省优质米产地进行区划。

Abstract:

Four high quality rice varieties planted in diffirent area were used to analysis protein content and gelconsistency as well as amylose content of rice. The result showed that there are diffierent distribution to high quality rice. According to factors which effect the quality such as acidity-alkali soil, temperature, rainfall and sunshine, division of a production area of Jilin Province high quality rice was made.
