研究了6个温带早熟玉米自交系和1个具有墨西哥高地特性自交系的早熟性状间的相互关系和配合力，同时对子粒产量也进行了研究。旨在利用墨西哥高海拔地区的基因源，改进玉米对寒温环境的适应性，并为选育兼有高产和短生育期的早熟玉米杂交种提供参考依据。

Abstract:

At present, agrobacterium and biolistics are often used amony various transformation methods for foreign genes into plant cells.In this paper, the basic principle and the lastest development of agrobacterium transformation for graminaceous crops were narrated concisely. In the meantimetypesprinciple and application of particle gun was introduced briefly.
