铜对马铃薯生物效应的研究

BIOLOGICAL EFFECT OF COPPER ON POTATO

摘要:

本文研究了铜对马铃薯块茎产量和某些生理生化特性的影响。试验结果表明，采用适宜浓度的铜溶液处理种薯，可以提高马铃薯块茎的产量(10.32%~24.68%);铜不但能够增加马铃薯叶片光合色素含量和比叶重，而且能提高叶片中硝酸还原酶的活性与某些物质(可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质)的含量。

Abstract:

Effect of copper on potato tuber yield and some physiologibiochemical characters wasstudied.The experimental results showed that seed-tuber treatment by optimum concentration（0.01 %）of copper（CuSO₄·5H₂O）solution increased potato tuber yied（10.32-24.68%）.Copper increased not only photosynthetic pigment contents in chloroplast,but nitrate reductase activity and some substance（soluble sugar and soluble protein）contents.
