本文研究了甜玉米子粒发育过程中可溶性糖、蛋白质和氨基酸含量的动态变化。结果表明,可溶性糖呈单峰曲线,乳熟中期含量最高;而蛋白质和氨基酸的含量则恰好相反,呈现出“高—低—高”的变化。

Abstract:

The variation of the contents of soluble carbohydrate protein and amino acid in seeds of sweet corn in the course of its develoPment are presented in this paper.The research results showed that the content of soluble carbohydrate varied along the single peak curve, but the contents of protein and amino acid showed as the variation of "higher-lower-higher"
