Quantitative and qualitative protein changes in developing wild soybean seeds (G. soja) were studied from 12 to 28 days after flowering by SDS gel electrophoresis. The samples used in this experiment was collected from Jilin province (45°N) and grown in Pots. The flowering date was noted for each flower and calculated the days from flowerino to sampling date. SDS gel electrophoresis was performed according tg the method of Sun and Hill. It was showed that the α and α′ subunits of 7s fraction appeared at about 14 days after flowering and the β subunit appeared late than α′ and α ones. The acidic and basic subunits of 11s fraction appeared at about 20 days after flowering. The increased rates of α′ and α subunts was different.
