大田作物叶绿素提取方法的比较

THE COMPARISON OF EXTRACTION METHODS OF CHLOROPHYLL IN THE FIELD CROPS

摘要:

在研究大田作物的光合性能时,常常需耍测定其叶绿素的含量。本文介绍了以玉米、高梁、小麦、水稻、大豆和向日葵的叶片为材料,对7种提取叶绿素的方法进行分析比较。结果表明,无水乙醇和丙酮(1∶1)混合液直接浸泡提取法的效果最好,既准确又简便。

Abstract:

It is often in need of the determination of chlorophyll content in the field crops when their photosynthetic functions are researchaed. The comparison among 7 extraction methods of chlorophyll in corn, sorghum, wheat, rice, soybean and sunflower have been described in this article. The result shows that the direct sopping extraction method with mixing solution of alcohol and acetone （1 : 1 in volume） is most exact and simplest.
