    摘要:

    选择抗旱性强、中、弱的大豆品种各4个, 研究苗期抗旱性与根系生长, 胚轴伸长的关系。结果表明: 抗旱性强的品种发很早, 主根长, 侧根数量多, 侧根总长度长, 胚轴长, 成苗率高。在干旱条件下更为明显。

    Abstract:

    The groups of soybean cultivars with different tolerance to drought stress (strong,moderate and poor, each consisting four cultivars) were used to investigate the relationship between drought tolerance and root growth and plumular axis extension during seedling emergence stage under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the varieties with high tolerance to drought had some advantages under both moist and dry conditions including: earlier root forming, longer main root, more lateral roots. This was more evident under drought conditions.
