白僵菌工厂化生产小试产品封垛防治玉米螟效果初报

PRELIMINARY APPLICATION OF INDUSTRIAL TEST PREPARATION OF BEAUVERIA BASSIANA AGAINST THE ASIAN CORN BORERIN CORN STALK PILES

摘要:

本文叙述了利用白僵菌小试产品封垛治玉米螟大面积示范的防治效果。调查结果表明, 白僵菌工厂化小试产品封垛防治玉米螟比土法生产的菌粉防治效果降低被害株数67.24%。蛀孔数77.61%和活虫数83.17%。白僵菌封垛治螟不仅能降低春季越冬存活数, 而且减轻玉米螟在玉米地中的危害。

Abstract:

This paper presented the investigation result of tile applicatioll of industrial test preparation of Beauveria bassiana against the Asian Corn Borer, (ACB), Ostrinia furnacalis, in the corn stalk piles in the area of 1000 ha corn of Town Suburn of Dongfeng County. Not only did the application diminish the overwintered larva density in Spring, but prevented the field corn plants from damage of ACB. Such a large-scale application of industrial test product showed that it call reduce the percentageltage of damaged. corn plants borered holes on corn plant and remaining mature-aged arvas in Autumn by 67.24%, 77.61% and 83.17%, respectively.
