    摘要:

    本文综述了近十年水稻原生质体培养研究的进展及其在远缘杂交、细胞融合、基因转移技术等方面应用。自1985年以来水稻原生质体培养取得了突破性进展。粳稻、籼稻、爪哇稻和野生稻种的原生质体培养相继成功,从中筛选出许多适于原生质体培养的水稻品种或品系。随着培养技术的完善,水稻与其他远缘植物(如稗草、野生稻等)细胞杂交、应用电导基因或PEG法将外来DNA直接导入水稻原生质体中的基因转移技术都得到了应用和发展。

    Abstract:

    The development of rice protoplast culture and its use in distant hybridization, cell fusion and gene transformation were reviewed for the last decade and the mediu, and culturalmethods for rice protoplast cuhurel were discussed. Great achievements have been obtainedin Japonica. Indica, Javanica and Wild Rice protoplast culture since 1985. Many varietiesand strains for protoplast culture have been selected. With the development of rice protoplast culture, It has been wildly used in somatic hybridization between rice and other plants (such as Soybean. Barnyard Grass. Wild Rice). Transgenetic plants have been obtained byintroducing foreign DNA into rice protoplast using PEG or Electroporation methods.
