T型细胞质对杂种小麦农艺性状的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF T. timopheevi CYTOPLASM ON THE AGRONOMICAL CHARACTERS OF HYBRID WHEAT

用不育系与恢复系杂交得到的杂种aF₁同相应保持系与恢复系所得到的杂种bF₁差异所分析的细胞质效应结果表明,aF₁表现穗粒数明显减少,千粒重显著提高,其它性状没有明显差异。总的看来,T型细胞质还是目前较为理想的不育胞质。

Abstract:

The results of cytoplasm effect from the diffrence between the male sterile line hybridaF₁ and its corresponding restore line hybrid bF₁ suggested that the kernel number perspikeof af₁ was obviously lower than that of bF₁, and the 1000--kernel weight of aF₁ was significantly higher than that of bF₁, the other characters had no significant diffrence. In a word, T. timopheevi cytoplasm is a more ideal sterile cytoplasm at present.
