增效杀灭菊酯的药效试验研究

    摘要:

    1989~1991年对增效杀灭菊酯进行了系统的研究。结果表明,在四种增效剂中以增效磷效果最好。增效杀灭菊酯对3龄粘虫幼虫的增效倍数为2.51,田间增效性试验也证明增效杀灭菊酯有明显的增效作用。田间小区试验,增效杀灭菊酯30~45克/公顷(有效成分,下同)防治小麦粘虫施药后1天效果达94.5~98.9%,与杀灭菊酯75~90克/公顷的防效相当;防治大豆蚜用量22.5,~37.5克/公顷,施药后5天防效达91.9~97.6%,与来福灵和乐果的效果基本相同。示范试验,增效杀灭菊酯用量30~60克/公顷防治小麦、玉米粘虫效果在97.3%以上。增效杀灭菊酯的使用成本只是杀灭菊酯的60%。

    Abstract:

    The effect of controlling insect pests by synergetic fenvalerate was systematically studied from 1989 to 1991. The results showed that the synergetic effect of SV1 to fenvalerate was the most effective among four synergitsts and synergetic folds of fenvalerate + SV1 (1:1), synergetic fenvalerate, on three instar armyworm (Mythimna separata) was 2. 51. The field trial also demonstrated evidently synergetic action of synergetic fenvalerazte. Field plot experiment showed that the mortalities of armyworm one day after application of synergetic fenvalerate at the rate of 30~45g(ai)/ha. were 94. 5~98. 9%,equal to fenvalerate application at the rate of 75~90g(ai). For soybean aphid (Aphis glycines) the controll efficiencies 5 days after application of synergetic fenvalerate at 22. 5 ~37.5g(ai)/ha. were 91. 9~97. 6%,and equal to diamethoate and Sumi — Alpha. The demonstration experiment showed that the efficiencies of synergetic fenvalerate cotrolling armyworm in wheat and corn were above 97. 3%. The cost of synergetic fenvalerate is 60 percent of fenvalerate.
