    摘要:

    对苹果属(Malus L.)9个种,84份材料 SOD 酶谱研究发现,该群体含18条酶带,可划分为A、B、C 三大区。其中 A 区6条,以 a3为主;B 区5条,以 b1为主,其次是 b4、b3;C 区7条,以 c1、c3、c5为主,根据对酶谱进行的定量分析而绘制的亲缘关系图。可将这9个种聚合为4个类组。

    Abstract:

    The superoxide dismutase of 84 varieties from 9 species on apple genus are studied. In this paper it is shown that the group contains 18 enzyme bands and all the enzymes can be divided into A. B. C. three types. The a contains 6 enzyme bands, among which the a3 is the most important. Type B contains 5 bands, among which the b1 is the most important, b4 b3 are the second. Type C contains 7 bands and c1 c3 c5 are the most important. The 9 species can be divided into 4 groups according to sibship chart that was worked out by quantitative analysis of SOD enzyme bands.
