大豆不同器官几种同工酶的分析

ANAYSIS OF SEVERAL ISOZYMES IN DIFFERENT ORGANS OF SOY BEAN

摘要:

本文利用薄层垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分析了五个大豆品种的子叶、种皮、下胚轴、胚根、叶片及根瘤中的酯酶、酸性磷酸酯酶、过氧化物酶和谷氨酸草酰乙酸转移酶四种同工酶。结果表明,大豆不同品种、不同器官的几种同工酶酶谱均有差异,下胚轴和胚根中的同工酶酶谱相似,种皮和子叶中的酯酶及酸性磷酸酯酶品种间差异较大,叶片和根瘤中的过氧化物酶表现明显差异,品种间谷氨酸草酰乙酸转移酶差异不大。

Abstract:

The isozymes of Esterase（ES）,Acid phosphatase（AP）,Peroxidase （POD）,Glutamate exaloacetic transminase（GOT）in the cotyledons, seed coats,hypocoties,radicles,leaves and nodules of 5 soybeans（Glycine max.（L.） Merr.）were studied by polyacrylamids vertical slab gel electrophoresis.The isozymes zymograms among different organs, different varieties were not same.The patterns of isozymse in hypocoties and in the radicles were similar.The differences of ES,AP zymograms etween the cotyledons and seed.coats,and even among varietise were large bso were the differences of the POD zymograms between the leaves and nodules。There were little changes among varieties for GOT.
