肉鸡不同品系间杂交亲本的配合力分析

ANALYSIS OF COMBINING ABILITY IN DIFFERENT LINES OF BROILE—TYPE CHICKEN

本试验采用不完全双列杂交法, 对不同来源的9个肉鸡品系按父、母系分成两组, 进行了20个杂交组合的配合力分析, 结果表明: 5个父系间56日龄体重一般配合力差异极显著, 以A₁品系最高; 4个母系间差异不显著; 各杂交组合间特殊配合力差异极显著。该性状的广义和狭义遗传力都较高, 分别为0.96和0.69。各父系、母系及20个杂交组合间56日龄存活率和饲料转化比差异不显著。

Abstract:

Twenty crosses from 5 paternal lines and 4 maternal lines of broile-type chicken were analyzed for their combining ability of main traits, according to the incomplete diallel scheme in 1989. The results showed that, for body weight of 56—day, difference of general combining ability of 5 paternal lines is significant (P＞0.01) and that the differece of four maternal lines is not significant. The weight of line A₁ was the highest among 5 paternal lines. The special combining ability of 20 hybrids had a significant difference (P＞0.01). Broad heritability and narrow heritability of body weight of 56—day were 0.96 and 0.69, respectively. The livability and feed conversirn rate from 5 paternal lines, 4 maternal lines and 20 hybrids showed no significant difference (P＜0.05).
