高梁品种资源和杂交种氨基酸的组分和含量的分析

    摘要:

    改善高梁子实氨基酸的组分与含量,是改进高粱品质,提高其营养价值的关键问题。试经采用日本日立牌838—50型氨基酸分析仪,测定了ll份高粱品种资源和杂交种的氨基酸组分与含量。结果表明:品种间、杂交种与亲本间,氨基酸含量差异很大,而且共同含有6类14种氨基酸;赖氨酸含量最低,但它却反映蛋白质结构的优劣,是影响高粱子实品质的主要氨基酸之一。分析的试材中,原8—31的赖氨酸含量,比吉林省现有推广杂交种中品质最好的吉杂26号高7.7%。所以,通过选用高赖氨酸的资源作亲本,改进高粱的品质,是大有潜力的。

    Abstract:

    To improve the constituent and content of anmion acid in the grain of gorghum is a crux of improving quality and nutrition volue of sorghum.
    Eleven sorghum cultivars and hybrids have been determined for the constituent, and content of amino acid with Japanese HITACHI 835-50 Amino Acid Analyzer.
    The results have shown that contents of amino acid are very different among the cultivars, hybrids and parental materials however, all of them contain six species and fourten kinds of amino acid.
    Although the content of lysine is the lowst among amino acids, lysine content is an indev of being good or bad of the protein structure. It is one of the main amino acid affecting the quality of sorghum grain.
    Among the hybrids lysine content of yuan 3-31 is 7.7 per cent higher than that of Jiza-26 that is being popularized as the best in quality in Jilin province.
    There is a great potentiality to select these material with high lysine content as perents for improving the quality of sorghum.
