    摘要:

    大豆种皮裂纹不仅降低种子外观品质与商品等级,而且影响种子的发芽率和活力,导致出苗不齐,长势不一,影响产量和品质。本文就大豆种皮裂纹的类型划分、鉴定评价及QTL定位等方面进行了综述,以期为改善大豆籽粒外观质量、培育优良品种提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Soybean seed coat cracking(SCC) not only reduces the appearance quality of seeds, leading to lower commercial quality, but also affects the seed germination rate and vigor, resulting in uneven seedling emergence and growth, and ultimately affecting yield and quality. However, this trait has not received sufficient attention, and relevant research remains limited. In this paper, a review was conducted on the research progress of SCC types, evaluation methods for soybean resistance to SCC, and QTL mapping. These findings are expected to provide references for improving the appearance quality of soybean seeds and breeding soybean varieties resistant to SCC.
