摘要:

乡村全面振兴是关乎党和国家事业的重大决策，面对目前乡村全面振兴过程中出现的技术壁垒、产业融合不足、要素制约、数字鸿沟等困境与挑战，新质生产力作为生产力的先进形态，为乡村全面振兴的实施提供了契机。本文通过新质生产力的内涵，从驱动逻辑、融合逻辑、变革逻辑等角度分析新质生产力赋能乡村全面振兴的内在理路，结合目前乡村全面振兴面临的问题，从科技创新、产业深度融合、数字技术助推、人才培育及法治保障等角度，探索新质生产力赋能乡村全面振兴的实践路径。

Abstract:

Comprehensive rural revitalization is a major decision related to the cause of the Party and the country.In the face of difficulties and challenges including technical barriers, insufficient industrial integration, factor constraints, and digital divide in the process of rural revitalization, new quality productive forces, as an advanced form of productivity, provide an opportunity for the implementation of comprehensive rural revitalization. By analyzing the connotation of new quality productive forces, this study examines the internal logic of how such forces empower the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas from the perspectives of driving logic, integration logic,and transformation logic. Furthermore, combined with the problems faced by the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, this paper explores the practical paths of new quality productive forces empowering the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas from the perspectives of scientific and technological innovation, in-depth industrial integration, digital technology empowerment, talent cultivation, and legal guarantee.
