Abstract:The pot experiment was used to study the changes of soil nutrient content, p H value and total salt content before and after planting Oceanrice 86 under salt and alkali stress with Huanghuazhan as control. The results showed that: Under salt stress, the absorption of available phosphorus of Oceanrice 86 increased and the available potassium inhibited significantly, but available nitrogen and organic matter utilization was not significant. However,Under alkali stress, the uptake of available nitrogen and available phosphorus of Oceanrice 86 increased compared with the control, while the available potassium decreased, organic matter showed no difference. Compared with Huanghuazhan, Oceanrice 86 showed stronger ability to absorb available phosphorus under salt and alkali stress,The absorption of available phosphor of Oceanrice 86 was 57.11% higher than that of Huanghuazhan under the most severe salt stress(total salt content of soil was 11.78 g/kg) in the experiment. The salinity of saline soil and alkalinity of alkaline soil can be reduced by Oceanrice 86. Compared with Huanghuazhan, the superiority of Oceanrice 86 in reducing soil alkalinity was not significant in the experimental alkaline soil, but significant on reduce soil salinity.
