Temperature and CO2 concentration are important environmental control factors affecting the industrialized production of Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis C.J.Mou. In order to improve the productivity of Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis C.J.Mou and effectively control the environment during the mushroom production stage, PID and Fuzzy control models were established to simulate the growth environment of Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis C.J. Mou. The simulation results showed that the two control methods both meet the prescribed control effect and requirements, and the Fuzzy control effect was better than the PID model. There was significant difference in temperature control between the two control systems under the two different modes at P=0.05 and P=0.01 levels, and there was no significant difference in the control of CO2 generation at P=0.05 and P=0.01 levels.
