    摘要:

    低温症是影响养牛业的一个严重问题,棕色脂肪的快速产热是冬季维持体温的重要途径。本文对寒冷地区的延边黄牛棕色脂肪组织形态和标志分子解耦联蛋白1(UCP1)的表达进行了检测。结果显示:新生牛存在经典的棕色脂肪组织,UCP1表达水平极显著高于三月龄小牛(P<0.01);新生牛冬季肾周脂肪UCP1表达水平极显著高于夏季(P<0.01),说明延边黄牛的寒冷适应性可能与棕色脂肪的季节性变化有关。

    Abstract:

    Hypothermia is a big issue in the cattle industry, and rapid heat production by brown fat metabolism is an important way to maintain body temperature in winter. The morphology of brown adipose tissue and the expression of UCP1, a marker molecule, in Yanbian yellow cattle in cold regions were detected. The results showed that there was classical brown adipose tissue in newborn cattle, and the expression level of UCP1 was significantly higher than that in calves(3 months old)(P<0.01). Furthermore, the expression level of UCP1 in perirenal fat of newborn cattle was significantly higher in winter than that in summer(P<0.01), which suggested that the cold adaptability of Yanbian yellow cattle may be related to the seasonal change of brown fat tissue.
