    摘要:

    建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联质谱同时检测蔬菜水果中灭多威、多菌灵、嘧霉胺、甲萘威、阿维菌素、涕灭威、克百威、啶虫脒、涕灭威亚砜、3-羟基克百威、涕灭威砜、吡虫啉、灭幼脲、除虫脲、哒螨灵、苯咪甲环唑、氟虫氰17种农药残留的方法。试样经QuEChERS方法进行前处理,高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联质谱法测定,外标法定量。17种分析物的质量浓度均在8~200ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.990,平均加标回收率为80%~106%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~4%。该方法简便、可靠、稳定,可用于蔬菜中多种农药残留的快速检测与确证。

    Abstract:

    The extraction and purification improvements of the QuEChERS method combining with LC-MS was developed for the simultaneous determination of 17 pesticides in vegetables.The procedure was validated based on the SAN-CO European Guidelines with satisfactory spiked recovery of 80%-106% and measurement standard deviation less than 4%.The results showed that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 8~200 ng/mL.The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and could meet the requirement of the maximum residue limits for pesticides in vegetables as recommended by the European Union.
