Effect of Cd2+ on the Physiological Indices of Sorghum Seedlings

摘要:

通过温室盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度Cd²⁺对高粱幼苗生理指标的影响。研究结果表明:在低浓度的Cd²⁺离子作用下,叶绿素含量、根系活力均有上升趋势;在高浓度的Cd²⁺作用下,高粱的各项生理指标都有显著的变化,叶绿素和根系活力呈现下降趋势,且浓度越大,下降越多,而脯氨酸含量和细胞脂膜透性呈现上升趋势。

Abstract:

The effect of different concentrations of Cd²⁺ on the physiological indices of sorghum seedlings were studied using pot-cultured sorghum in the greenhouse.The results showed that under low concentrations of Cd²⁺,the chlorophyll content and root activity of sorghum seedlings increased.Under high concentrations of Cd²⁺,various physiological indices of sorghum changed significantly.Chlorophyll and root activity decreased,and the higher the concentration of Cd²⁺,the more they decreased.The proline content and cell lipid membrane permeability increased.
