接蜂倍数对螟黄赤眼蜂不同品系的影响

Effect of Inoculation Times on Strains of Trichogramma Chilonis

摘要:

在室内不同接蜂倍数下,对螟黄赤眼蜂3个品系在柞蚕卵上的寄生率、羽化出蜂率、单卵蜂数和雄蜂率进行了初步试验研究。分析比较得出,3个品系之间存在较大差异,TC品系的不同接蜂倍数均优于其它两个品系,在工厂化大量繁殖上具有应用价值。

Abstract:

A preliminary experiment to determine the effect of inoculation times on the parasitic rate, the eclosion rate, the number in a single host egg and sex rate of three strains of Trichogramma chilonis to tussah eggs was performed in the laboratory. The results were summarized as follows: much difference existed among three strains and TC strain was better than anyone else in different times of inoculation. It was identified that TC strain can be used in factory reproduction on a large scale.
